That's better but now you have radius as 600+.
600km is a large radius for a prediction but 600+ means anywhere on earth.

No, 600+ means if they are exceeded by 1 meter, Roger will add them to become 600,001 km.

Maybe it's a language issue.
But, in every context I've ever seen, adding a '+' to the end of a number means "or greater".
So saying 600+ means "600 or greater".
In the context of quake predictions, saying "within 600+" means anywhere on the planet.
You can certainly make a prediction like that, but it's essentially useless.

Save yourself some typing.
A mag followed by the plus symbol (+) means all mags that size or greater.
So mag 6.0 to 8.0+ actually means mag 6.0+
