EQF;

These signals you've been using to "predict" quakes...

Have you done anything to discover the actual source
and nature of the signals?

Can anyone else detect them?

Have you tried to get anyone else to record them?

A network of recording stations would allow you to
determine the location.

Roger

Being able to access this forum is still something of a problem. However, some of the latest efforts of my ISP seem to have helped.

Numerous government officials and scientists have been contacted over the years regarding these signals and the subject of earthquake forecasting.

There have been two general responses.

1. Earthquake forecasting is a politically charged subject. We won't take any interest in it unless you can tell us how to do that without our getting into political hot water.

2. Give us money. Then we will take an interest in the subject matter.

It is both surprising and disappointing how many people in the international scientific community make that second response.

The latest Chart Viewer routines that I am still developing should be helpful. They are intended to make it easy for people around the world to automatically download and work with my EM Signal data.

The forecasting method that I myself still most highly recommend that governments around the world develop is actually not my own. It is the ground strain detection technology that can be seen on the following Web site.

http://www.dynamicgravity.org/mereni/

Some of my latest efforts have involved the development of computer software that can create PNG picture files of those data. Those picture files are scheduled to be made available through my Web site and my downloadable Chart Viewer Web pages.

What you see when you examine the sensor data on that site are not picture files but rather computer monitor screen images that your Internet browser creates from the site data.

These are personal opinions.

Regards to all,

EQF

Re. http://www.dynamicgravity.org/mereni/

When I click on any of the graph, data status - all that shows is a blank
page

You do realise Flash support will very soon be discontinued

"With earlier this week seeing the final scheduled release of Flash Player,
Adobe has confirmed that it will no longer be supporting the software
after December 31 2020, and will actively block Flash content from
running inside Flash Player from January 12 2021.

In the company’s own words it “strongly recommends all users
immediately uninstall Flash Player to protect their systems.”"

Thanks for the response information.

Welcome to the world of Earthquake Forecasting !!!

It is quite a mess. People come and go. Forecasting methods appear and then disappear.

The people running that Web site are difficult to reach. So I don't know if they are planning to do any updates for their charts. The last time I heard from them I believe I remember that they stated that they could not do any new software work because of the cost.

I am aware that Flash is being discontinued. I did not know that already installed Flash programs would stop running.

I believe that I could create Perl and Gnuplot programs that would generate PNG files using their site's raw number data. But that will just be a lot more work. I don't know if and when I would be able to do that. Their forecasting methods is in my opinion quite valuable and should be duplicated by countries around the world.

Shan's method might be generating similar data. But as I have stated repeatedly, every earthquake forecaster is on his own at the present time. So Shan would need to show that his data match theirs. My own data correlate well with their data at different times.

Try using Firefox to view their graphs. Normally I use Internet Explorer to view the graphs. But Firefox seems to work as well. I have not been using it to do the PNG file creation instead of Internet Explorer because the versions of Firefox that I have don't let you do exact number screen size adjustments.

These are personal opinions.

Regards,

EQF
