I know we disagree with each other, but can we do it
without the oral diarrhea?

I'd like to think we're all adult enough to argue
cordially.

I so agree Skywise.
Everyone is so 'on edge' right now. The littlest thing will set people off.
I noticed how frustrated I was getting lately, on little things. Its just the stress we are under, and that brings fear and from their anger and then .....worst one is hate.
Lets try to remember that fear cannot exist where LOVE is.
And we are all in this together. It will be ok.
I got myself a little Internet rule as of late - "if I do not have anything kind or nice to write, then I wont write anything at all"
We need to uplift each other, not tear each other down.

Although I agree with you, I think a lot of time it's
just people showing their true colors. They hide behind
the screen and the pseudo-anonymity of the 'net and just
be themselves. They surely wouldn't act like this in
person, mostly to maintain their facade of civility in
exchange for their survival needs, but maybe also because
they know they might cross the wrong person someday and
get the crap beat out of them... or worse. Basically,
there is nothing here on Boppin' that threatens them in
any meaningful way to force them to change their behavior.
So they let their masks slip off and show their real face. It's ugly underneath.

Sky, that sounds like something Tinky Winky from the
Teletubbies would say.

lol...you're probably the only one here who knows who that is steven...predictions are meant to help save lives...if they aren't accurate enough to depend on for preventative action they are useless...just another parlor game of chest thumping...i'm thinking that predictions should be limited to quakes 5 or even 6 and higher...

Yes. I second that. Limit to 6.5 or higher. I’d say 7 but I think a lot of
7s are unnecessarily downgraded to 6.8 to avoid scaring people.

All the smaller quakes amount to so much small detail the important
trends get lost. I will admit tho that the 5 range is important to note as
foreshocks.

Skywise

It's nice to think that but the evidence is against
it.
