For the last few days, some of the quakes were occurred
exceeding my 20 days time frame by one to few days.
Today I noticed such a quake at Croatia.
5.3 2020-03-22 05:24:02.6 45.87N 16.03E 10 5.3
CROATIA
against my prediction column " PREDICTION Dt. 28th Feb.
to 1st March 2020:" as BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA
(44.14N 17.18E) 4~5M between 29th Feb. to 19th
March 2020.
So this event as per the decision of nature and does
not compatible under simple 'Roger' evaluation theory.

Looks like a big quake for that region.
It did take it's sweet time but not by much.
Your window closed on the 19th March
Quake struck in the 5th hour of March 22 UTC.
Just the quake gods messing with you.
Looks like a rock solid hit congratulation on a somewhat
rare location for a quake that size.
The Psychotic Devaluator would just say it's worthless
if it perfectly met all 3 parameters. Poor chap he
still thinks he's evaluating predictions. He's not a
bad guy, I'm sure he's kind to kittens and puppies.
I think it is of great value especially to people
living near Ground Zero Epicenter in a rickety house.

Predict Kansas but claim a hit in California.

Uncle Roger that is not what's happening buddy.
it came in stronger than predicted but within his
magnitude drift. It struck 2 days and 5+ hours beyond
his window, take some Ex-lax amigo.
If it was S Sandwich Tonga Fiji PNG I might agree.
It wasn't , it was freakin Croatia , not exactly
quake central station.
