Just found a place @ 2,228 ft elevation- looks ideal to
me- I shared link with my son- he likes it too. For our
health we need to be lower elevation-beautiful place in
SW Idaho- have to not be far from kids/grandkids. GREEN
trees, warmer climate. single floor plan- can't do
steps/ I will have to check into more

No prior mining or current mining. This place has
history of orchards- sounds divine to me.Can't be too
far away from where we are- due to my disablilites. my
son's and having a cat to transport.

Sounds like Southern Maryland would be perfect for you. Except for being close to family, what you are describing here, is what I found, when I moved out of California entirely 6 years ago. Beautiful grassy country, clean air, and very rural. Hope you find what you are searching for

Thanks for the suggestion. We are now working with a
realtor on a place we found in S Calif! Back to almost
my old childhood neighborhood. And close enough to my
children/grandchildren. ( for the most part.)
