So apparently the Israeli president gifted Biden an archeological artifact taken
from occupied East Jerusalem. What does diplomatic protocol say about
receiving stolen property?

I don’t think she realizes we now live in a monarchy. The court and all
the rest of it is no more than window dressing.. the only question is will
the first born inherit? Or will that too be subject to his majesty’s whim?

Rules are for sissies.. as I am sure anyone of color already knows..
