i thought joe should pardon rump for all crimes he committed... a pardon states that the crimes were committed, and guilt implied, but one is pardoned for them...at least that will be on the record...
so i read up on pardons a bit to check my argument...the 10th circuit, in all its wisdom, decided in 2021 that ti is no longer an admission of guilt..
"In 2021, the 10th Circuit ruled that acceptance of a pardon does not constitute a legal confession of guilt, recognizing the Supreme Court's earlier language as authoritative.[4]"
and, a person does not have to accept a pardon, so lardass will get away with everything he has done...pity...but who am i to judge...maybe this is a task he took on, like judas...in a few years he will have to be his own judge...
guess which districts are in the 10th circuit...
The United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit (in case citations, 10th Cir.) is a federal court with appellate jurisdiction over the district courts in the following districts:
District of Colorado District of Kansas District of New Mexico Eastern District of Oklahoma Northern District of Oklahoma Western District of Oklahoma District of Utah District of Wyoming

From here, it looks like Merrick Garland already pardoned him. Of course the nuances would say this and that but the end result is the same..
