But in the age of authenticity, it's killing her. Trump might be authentically nuts, but no one thinks he's a robot. People dont want political robots anymore. I've never seen so many contradictory numbers in a race. So, we all have to Luke Skywalker this thing and rely on our intuition. That comes from our experience in covering politics and knowing how to weigh trends and numbers. My intuition is screaming that Trump is going to win. I had the same feeling of doom last Sunday that I had the weekend before the 2016 election. I think Trump's populism is going to beat Kamala's strategy of only using talking points. Her shift to corporate CEOs and Cheney support was disastrous, though no one in MSM realizes it. MAGA, this doesn't mean that if Trump loses a close election that my intuition (or yours) was right and that proves the election was rigged. No, it just means we were wrong. And undecided and unlikely voters broke for her. I hope I'm wrong and will happily acknowledge it if I am. I probably dislike Trump more than anyone else on the left, but no matter how many terrible things I say about him, it's never good enough for the Democrats. just caught the middle of an interesting Al Jazeera program. They have a US team anchors & journalists. A US dairy farmer was being interviewed. She says she's still paying for the fucked up tariffs Trump imposed during his last administration, and she's really pissed. my father and grandfathers are WWII veterans. One grandfather lost a sister and mother in the german concentration camps. Our family's stories are still fresh and vivid and real. My family ancestors have been defending our country since the revolutionary war. Others, came later..and defended the country after they got here. I have children that have served (and serving) and a husband that has served. We both have families that have served proudly. Some people are voting for him because they are hitler lovers.
