polls may help understand what people are thinking but they are not that useful in predicting elections...the primary factor in an election is turnout...who votes...and i think the dims have a substantial lead in that number...

all in the margin of error, plus RCP often averages in
outliers that skew the averages.
And all the other problems with polling in the last
years ..registered voters vs. likely, sample size,
methodology, weighting issues, issues even getting
people to poll who answer their cellphones or who's
email polling goes directly to spam folders.
Close enough now.. it's going to be who gets their
voters to the polls (or mailed in) the most now.
How someone feels doesn't matter if they don't show up.

But you have to have a curiosity and read them. Your agenda is crystal clear,

no worries, shadow. I'm a big girl and Akira's been
through a helluva lot in the last week or so. I get
that. Lashing out often is a sign of PTSD.
I had PTSD after the Loma Prieta quake..it's nasty.
Anger can come out of everywhere and you don't even
understand why...sideways, forward, backward.
More than anything, Akira probably needs a hug about
now.
After the quake, it was very quiet and polite for 2
days...and on the 3rd day dealing with it all I watched
3 fist fights erupt on the street in my small town,
people screaming, yelling, crying.
Let her yell at me. It's okay.

because the public is interested in polls. that’s why it is so weird that

But, you seem to equate the two candidates in your
anger.
I do not believe they are even close to equal in danger
to the Palestinians (and civilian israelis, or
lebonese, etc) at all. While I would like to see a
stronger stand from Harris, the dangers of Trump so
overpower any criticisms of imperfect response it can
hardly be measurable.
which administration do you think the Palestinians (or
