Former President Donald Trump blamed Vice President
Kamala Harris for the assassination attempts on him while
speaking to Fox News on Monday demanding a de-
escalation of "rhetoric," while at the same time
escalating his own language against her.
"He believed the rhetoric of Biden and Harris, and he
acted on it," said Trump while speaking to Fox News
Digital. "Their rhetoric is causing me to be shot at,
when I am the one who is going to save the country, and
they are the ones that are destroying the country both
from the inside and out."
There is no evidence so far that the alleged gunman
spotted on the Mar a Lago golf course with an AK-47 over
the weekend, Ryan Wesley Routh, was motivated by
President Joe Biden Biden or Vice President Kamala
Harris' rhetoric. His since-deactivated account on X
claimed that he had voted for Trump in 2016, but later
turned on him, supported Tulsi Gabbard in the 2020
Democratic primary, and wanted a Nikki Haley/Vivek
Ramaswamy ticket this year.
Trump, however, has blamed the violence on Democratic
arguments that have painted the ex-president as a "threat
to democracy" because he sought to prevent the electoral
count in 2020.

"These are people that want to destroy our country,"
Trump claimed on the interview. "It is called the enemy
from within. They are the real threat." He added that
Democrats "use highly inflammatory language. I can use it
too far better than they can but I dont."
Trump's loyalists reacted to the previous assassination
attempt, which led to him being injured by a rooftop
gunman at a rally in Pennsylvania, by blaming Democratic
rhetoric as well, although the deceased shooter in that
incident does not appear to have been motivated by
politics at all based on current evidence.

Of course he does lol...my exact words too when reading
the subject line.
He's fundraising on it.
Dollar signs are in his eyes for every attempt..hell,
I'm sure he's fine with getting one thwarted attempt a
week until the election.
That being said, I wish these crazies would stop it.
The last thing maga needs is to make him a martyr. But
he does seem to attract so many more crazies than
anyone else, which he never minded at all until they
turn against him.
