How should the world interpret Israeli Prime Minister
Benjamin Netanyahu's recent allusions to the Hebrew
Bible, when discussing his country's war on Hamas?

Barbados Prime Minister Mia Mottley on Friday launched
quite an extraordinary attack on Israeli PM Benjamin
Netanyahu for his selective use of Bible to justify
atrocities against Palestinians and Lebanese.
Motley, who came to speak immediately after Netanyahu,
left no stone unturned in exposing Netanyahu and
expressing her solidarity with Palestinians.
My thoughts
I see it as a rebuttal not an attack.
Text out of context is pointless, and dangerous.
Netanyahu is creating a very dangerous situation for the
occupiers and the inhabitants in the land. And should
not be the leader of the Jewish peoples over there

I really don't think you're getting Netanyahu's plan of
the "blessing and curse" he even provides colorful
pictures.....
sounds nothing like getting back at Hezbollah and
Hamas... or protecting Israel.

The minutia of what's happening in the ME is outside my attention. I can't
control it, I have no input, and I find the entire drama to be horrible from all
sides. But I do find that when one party swears their entire existence is
dedicated to destroying the other as is the axis of whatever between Iran and
all its surrogates, it sorta sets the stage for whatever the other side decides
they have to do to survive. Whatever they dish out Iran asked for it.
Sorry, the way I see it Iran and all its many forms is barbaric. They are people
of the dirt.. and they keep their citizens wallowing in it to suit their hateful
ends. So, as far as I am concerned the sooner their shenanigans are put to an
end the sooner people that want to live in peace can get back to our boring
lives.
I just hope Israel, and the rest of the civilized world that stand up to deal with
this nonsense can put an end to it without too much carnage.. hopefully we
dont have to flatten Tehran.. but hey maybe that'll be the price. Iran is in the
driver's seat, well see how far they want to take it.

if you don’t want to answer about israel a civilized nation can i ask you if
you realize that tehran is the 12th largest city in the world with almost 17
million inhabitants? i’m asking because you are quite cavalier about
flattening a city of 17 million inhabitants. how many millions of dead would
be acceptable in your vision of flattening tehran? do you have any idea
how many american lives would be lost in such a war?

at this point with israel violating international laws to protect civilians
including the geneva convention is israel really part of the civilized world?
with them slaughtering women and children in large numbers, killing un
aid workers, journalists and even unarmed american citizens and
preventing food and aid to starving people i’m not sure i would consider
israel to be part of the civilized world at this point

Human evolution is a long, hard road,
Earthstone...personally and en masse...and there are many
bottlenecks along the way, personal and masse ones...
Take heart. All the countries of the world are processing
human barbarism at varying levels of intensity...some,
nearly completely at this point, others, barely at all it
seems... Ours will come through the other end looking quite
different than it does now.......
