"Orwellian: SS Galicia Division veteran, who was involved in epic debacle in Canadian parliament, is given highest award of Ternopil Regional Council in Ukraine. Award is named after Stetsko, Bandera faction of OUN leader & Nazi collaborator, who was involved in mass murder of Jews.
"The Ternopil Regional Council awarded Yaroslav Hunka, who caused the resignation of the Speaker of the Parliament of Canada..." This is stated in the order of the head of the Ternopil Regional Council dated February 6, 2024 No. 22."

The council is composed of 64[1] members and is situated in the oblast's administrative center Ternopil.
During the night of 29 to 30 August 2003 the leader of the Our Ukraine faction in the Ternopil Oblast Council, Ivan Havdyda, was assassinated in Kyiv.[2] Council members are elected for five year terms. A party must gain more than 5 percent of the total vote.[3]

How comforting to know the Ukrainians have the same mental illness that so many Americans have. We are not alone.
Except instead of giving an award to our favorite Nazi, our mentally ill want to make him president again.
