it already hurt Texas when they got a years worth of rain in one storm.
I think it was 2010 when Nashville got heavy rain and there was a lot of flooding.
I know just West of Memphis the Loosahatchie area got 18 inches in 6 hours.
Flooding hit the FED prison and Millington Naval base. it also flooded
St Jude's hospital lower floor. same year and storm.
predictions are just North of that area I have seen 19 inch estimates so far.
it may rain for three days straight......
