3rd- yes. I was warned about it-thats why I posted it.

the larger number at the Geysers area is also high, almost double the normal.

The Geysers often react to large quakes. It's a
geothermal spot underlain by a hot spot and shallow
magma chamber and water works above .

Like shaking a can of soda, seismic waves will
"irritate" it. This is sort of a normal reaction of this
spot.

The Long Valley and Coso Junction geothermal do the same
sort of reaction to a greater or lesser degree.

yep and not normal for all these small 2ish and 3ish
aftershocks. been watching these maps for years. when
bigger ones happen you get a biggie than a secound quake
than a few 5s and few 4s than than it is over.

but these small ones keep happening I thank forhsock to
jacks 8. quake.

no afterhoskcs above 4.5 and what about that 6 offshore
Oregon in October.
