I've never come across this guy before, but he claims to have predicted the 7.4M quake in Chile.

He analyzes planetary conjunctions, as well as lunar cycles, and shows the correlation between this and large clusters of quakes.

We are in a Full Moon phase now.

We are in a High Seismic Risk Period: 7/21 - 7/22/2024, where he is expecting high 5M's to 6M's.

He seems to take things a step further than Jim Berkley.
