viewing the swarm off the coast of Washington/Vancouver and the large quake recently. think of the swarm in the Gulf of California and the swarm to the North end at the US and Mexico border. is it just a giant cantilever that is locked at the Grapevine North of L.A. area?
if it is the big West coast quake may be at hand. Baja being pushed out to sea and the lever hitting the WA area up North. I just wonder how long before the locked section at the I-5 Grapevine busts loose.
have food and water handy if it does... the Filipino 7.1 quake just might be a clue the Pacific Ocean Plate is shifting.

I was just thinking the same thing.
To the south, LA area, it is the San Jacinto that is on the move.
But to the north, SF Bay area, and south of San Jose it is most definitely the San Andreas on the move.
Then there is that SUPER Quiet, part of the San Andreas from Parkfield to Tejon Pass. The micros are moving steadily south on the San Andreas from San Jose.....and tons of micros along the San Jacinto fault line in the LA basin. That patch in between on the San Andreas is pretty quiet.
