There is no threat of a tsunami due to the quake, according to the U.S. Tsunami Warning Center. |

Yeah, I posted for this area last night prior to bed. btw, due to sharp symps posted on groans. But I'm still getting some woozies for larger quakes. |

Wow, this map shows this 6.4M as the MAIN Event (so far) for all the VanCouver foreshocks this past week, including a 5.4M, which we assumed was the MAIN Event, but not so, the 5.4M was just a foreshock. Notice all the foreshocks all lined up around the exact same epicenter? So question is, is today's 6.4M the MAIN Event for this cluster, or is it too just a foreshock????? Gosh those people in VanCouver are getting jostled. |
