Am I correct that water main breaks are sometimes seen as
harbingers of quakes? Ojai area has been active over the
past year and now a water main break.

the moon and sun are becoming more in line with each other before the eclipse.
just had a few quake near Lassen, 4.5 and 4.3. along with a bunch along the mid
Atlantic ridge. yesterday there were a few along the West coast of South America.
watch out for roaming animals...
