Why am I seeing so many “quarry blasts” on today’s USGS earthquake map for southern California?

Home Gardens aka "little Tijuana" is in the shadow of a
hill being dismantled off the 91/15.
Endless gravel trucks up and down to make that concrete
for the 27 fing overpasses Caltrans is putting in just
here. Most are to ferry toll paying rich people over us
plebes.
20-30 bucks one way trip no problem lol.
Nice grift well played Caltrans.

We have lots of quarries! lol.

A few are nearby here. Limestone and cement
manufacturers close by. Other rare minerals are mined
out in the desert as well.

Thanks.
In the past, I hadn't noticed this many all on the 24hr map at the same time and thought it was odd.
