just read a scientific update of the last years Tonga volcano explosion.
it was quoted to have been more forceful that when the Krakatoa volcano blew up.
the article quoted it blew highest yet on record. they did say it was mostly water.
but I am sure there was probably more than water that went up into the upper
atmosphere. if I remember right the ash Krakatoa blew cooled the earth for 2 years.
this could be bad for farmers planting times and harvest times.
it might cause more acid rains if there was a sulfur compound in it.
besides migrating birds issues we might have a cold Summer and even colder Winter.
