Subject: We went from a heat wave

To very cold temps yesterday. It snowed down to 3,000- ft. The day
before we were in the high 70’s.
I find that the season change always bothers my sinuses. Head hurts
almost like a migraine. Plus I’m getting a new left hip a week from
tomorrow.
Been a while since my last surgery. Any prayers or good vibes you send
my way would be very much appreciated.
