good summary.. and that this may be a eruptive
"sequence".. we do not know yet whether this is the main
event or just one of many explosive events. This volcano
has a history of "sequence" eruptions. Hopefully, the
Tongans have their seat belts fastened.

Thanks, good information. There is some speculation in
conspiracy circles that the explosion was caused by a
nuke of some kind:
