Woke up and thought "something has shifted!" Finally
feeling halfway normal, look at news and see Myanmar. I'm
guessing this played into a lot of the insane symptoms
I've been having. Anyone else feel better today?

my left hip feels better-- today- slept in til after
noon-exhausted from the whole week and pains from it and
other things. I posted on the 25th- I thought it'd be
India and earlier posted Indonesia symps.

well i had the best nights sleep i have had in a long
time, despite having to get up once to go to the
bathroom, and i am up early, on here, fixed a cuppa joe,
grabbed my Noni, and feels good!...

no indeed.......last night was a total painful loss, so
expecting more to come???oye.....the rescuers are not
nearly enough and equipment. etc....
