The weirdest symptoms like having a cold without
external symptoms (runny nose, ha, sore throat). Thurs
evening out for a walk energy was nasty and thick.
By friday it was all gone lighter energies. This weekend
though just feeling physically off. Feel like the earth
is going to crack.

Usually those symptoms for me involve subduction.
Feeling chilled tired sinus areas.. then gone in a few
days.

It's been a pretty yucky few days for me. We had rain for
2-3 days so I was unable to ground which is really my
best solution to the solar radiation. The afternoon
before the eclipse I had some kind of energy wave hit my
head and it was real scary. Since then I've been having
some low grade seasick feeling/nausea/swimmy head. Today
it has improved but feeling otherwise low stamina and
moody. I think something mega is building and building on
the west coast (or maybe mid atlantic ridge as these are
the two areas I feel the worst.) I dunno about y'all but
i'm reallllll tired of it all. This solar cycle has been
a massive beast. Magnesium glycinate has given me some
peace in my body FWIW. <3

Thanks for the reminder of Mag to take. Reintroducing
supplements in general has helped. Being in water helps
tremendously. Stefan has new vid out on impacts of
plasma now occurring. Time to tighten the buckles. Sigh!

still feeling off since I posted down below. Left and
right hips aching mightily, plus other body areas-
probably due to the weather events too since I pick
that stuff up also. We've just also endured a prolonged
geomagnetic event lasting over 24 hrs. That kicks butt
for me. see Stefan Burns explanation of it posted on

The second solar wind shockwave has hit Earth just as
Saturn went Cazimi, and now geomagnetic activity has
been increased for more than 24 hours and there is no
end in sight. Rapid electrification of the Earth is
occurring due to the unique conditions at play! Space
