I Used to live there...that's actually near the summit.
(rather than in populated boulder creek). That's the
Butano fault, a minor offshoot of the San Andreas.

It's fairly quiet, but did have quite a few minor (2-3.0
mag) quakes and microquakes (below 2.0) after the Loma
Prieta quake.

hi, three days ago here in TN there were two flocks of crows 50+ going West.
then almost as soon as I saw them another group 2 dozen met up with them.
they were going SW. they flew together a bit then circled for 5+ minutes.
they all flew off mostly South of West.

the last two or three weeks I have had the anxious feelings that I had
living in silicon valley just before the Loma Prieta quake.
for some reason most of that has left me this morning.
the last two days have had several right ear tones. this morning it was very loud.

for eaamon- thanks--Crows/ravens are very sensitive to
weather events. They been the faithful weather alerts
to me and others- for many years- the neighborhoods they
choose to live in always warn of weather flying over
head and cawing loudly- also I answered your reply to me
on Dreams.
