Thanks for all the feed-back replies- I posted those
aches in hips were for areas that I mentioned

Not my hips, but both ears ringing since last night and I’ve been so dizzy
today. Both ears keep blocking. Blood pressure is perfect and I’m very
well hydrated. Just got a mid Atlantic ridge tone. Something is getting
ready to move big time.

Tight and tender hips yesterday and today. Lots of
stretching and massaging. The eclipse combined with that
geo storm really put me through it. Hope you're well
otherwise.

Ya. Severe bout of left hip pain hit early this morning and
woke me up early. Expecting Taiwan or area.

Also woke to big headache this morning. So got into the
cream of tartar first thing and HA subsiding now.

Hard to keep up with the electrolytes with all the sun
flares and Schumann resonance spikes.

Also sneezed 3 times yesterday so expecting something big
to hit within the next few days.

Please elaborate on the cream of tartar! I agree re:
electrolytes. Drinking a lot of coconut water and eating
some fruit seems to help.

URL: Cream of Tartar and Migraines

Cream of Tartar is Potassium Bitartrate, a rich and
highly absorbable source of Potassium. A byproduct of
the wine making process.

I put a large pinch of it under my tongue at the first
sign of a headache and my headache usually resolves
within a half hour or so.

Putting it under the tongue works faster.

A half teaspoon of baking soda, sodium bicarbonate, also
works most of the time.

I usually follow up with some Ener C, which is vitamin C
with calcium, magnesium, potassium, and some B vitamins.

The Dr. in the video here says if you have any kidney
problems to be careful with the cream of tartar.
Doesn't say why though.

Not medical advice. Easy to research on youtube videos.
