Thanks KC. My headache has just gotten worse again! I was hoping for
relief from this one! Having heart palpitations too. So maybe more to
follow? Ugh!

I was definitely feeling this one yesterday, in
combination with geomagnetic storm which I always feel
early. Sometimes I know I must be sensing but I still
think there's something wrong with me. Getting better at
trusting my body/intuition after all these years.
