Now have a weird deep skull bone pain and eye sockets are feeling it. It
just started. I’m listening for my Japan “ear”…

Came over me too in the early morning hours when it was
dark today it was awful and the left high pitch piercing
ear tone was there also. It did not ease up until an hour
or so ago and I had to stay as still as I could to manage
it and did not get up till 1:30pm. The left ear tone is
not so loud forcing me to pay attention to the screech
but is still there though much fainter yet that could
change as it has a waxing and waning vibe going on.

Thanks Eve! I did get a giant ear block about three hours ago but no
ringing with it at all. It was weird. This feels different. Still no relief for me
yet. Take care!

affecting her eyes.

Just in case this helps anyone with EQ headaches. What
works for me is putting a pinch of Cream of Tartar under my
tongue. Cream of Tartar is potassium bitartrate. Fairly
pure potassium from the wine making process.
Also half teaspoon baking soda in water helps. Usually the
EQ headache resolves within about a half an hour with
either of these.
Works for me. Maybe it will work for others. The EQ
headaches might be caused by some kind of electrolyte
imbalance brought about by electro magnetic frequencies.

Thank you KC! I never knew that about cream of tartar! I have been trying
to take extra magnesium and potassium and I’ve been drinking coconut
water. May be solar stuff and another hurricane coming in? Today was
another bad day. Take care and hugs!

Hope it helps you. Also good for muscle cramps and pain I
think maybe that 7 mag in Russia just now was the source of
the headaches.
Here's a link to youtube video about cream of tartar as
potassium supplement. Lots of good info in just a few
minutes.
Also there are microbes in the soil that predigest minerals
so that plants can take them up. Unfortunately pesticides
and herbicides kill those microbes. so our food doesn't
contain nearly the amount of minerals anymore.
