An imbalance, heavy and like the “earth” is getting to wail? Does that
make sense? I tried to ground myself and my feet hurt more. Ugh!

i seem to have that 'bug' that going around, headache, ears hurting and plugged, throat was hurting, on top of mommas stuff and my body's pains from back , knees , ankles and more, sigh!

Oh Kay! I’m so sorry! I don’t know what you can take and I try to take
natural remedies but I take the alkaseltzer plus cold medicine when I feel
that coming on and it knocks it out immediately. I’m getting a headache
again at the back of my head. Back was bad yesterday. Take care! Hugs!!!
