My body feels like it’s been run over by a herd of elephants and my head
won’t stop pounding. Been this way since last night.

Might help. Take a B vitamin complex and see if that helps.
A lot of headaches are B deficiency, so you can rule that out.

I almost posted the same words earthquake flu
yesterday...was major feeling it last week and up to
early morn today but now it has subsided and continue to
watch to see what manifests.

You need to tune into Stefan Burns on youtube- he makes
it fairly simple why we're feeling these energies so
strong these days. Of course it all ties into what
earthquake, severe storms and or volcanoes symps we're
having too- its just too much for me to post daily, but
yeah. I also posted a scientific article on the Science
board recent too.

For myself I get that but women are even more earthy for the most
part in terms of feels. Also when someone say like me has a partially
functioning thyroid and was born with extra sensors it's different
for us. Feels like earthquake flu help us be aware if we understand
what it is. Yes it's always good to eat less and intake a proper
amount of water and rest for anyone for those who have extra sensors
even without an immune disfunction they will have more feels
regardless imo. Age is another factor as well. I feel some
supplementation helps too as our food is lacking in nutrients because
or the way the earth soil of farmed and other stuff that falls from
the sky one cannot do anything about like aluminum chaff. Then
there's who are terminally ill which eating a poor diet it makes
everything worse. For me I am so glad I am vegan as I know I would
feel worse during these times if not. The earth cries in the ones
who are slaughtered and there's that vibe major screaming in the
world today as the voice of their bloodshed cries from the ground. No
wonder the world is at the place it is today.

I remember you saying that about your thyroid Eve. I have only my right. I
