symps, between both shoulder blades along with left hip,
left knee. And more inside left thigh for Indonesia.
Rt knee is still cranking to for S America, left knee
for India, Myanmar, China, Stans/Iran

I know what you mean. me too, I just glad you are able to know where it's coming
from. most times I can not determine any locations accurately.

and being deprived of being able to ground myself for 11
years is making worse, living in a very cold climate,
not being able to walk barefoot or go without shoes.

Pam these grounding sheets and mats work great.They also
make rubber mats..I keep a mat where i sit most of the
day at kitchen table..If you dont like there is a return
policy and right now its extended to end of Jan.You can
buy a grounding continuity tester to make sure its
working to.easy to test.

Thanks I know about these and even got one, some years
ago but so far haven't used cuz the last two buildings
I've lived in are 100 years or older and have allot of
haywire energies going thru it, so I have not used it-
just my intuition telling me this and then watched
Stefan Burns just some months ago explain why using
these may be worse for me. here video of this.

Would a grounding rod outside window in dirt with cord
coming in to sheet work?I just looked and amazon has
them for 18.50.

I don't know. And already way crippled to even be able
to do that. Maybe watch the video, you will understand
better. Do you own or rent? I rent and have no means to
do that. Do you use a gadget telling you how much dirty
electricity/emf's are coming into your home?

Interesting video.We rent a 1 bedroom apt and my partner
sleeps in a bed in living room.lol..It works for us
because we are a light sleepers..The Emf here are bad so
about 4 yrs ago i bought a device called blushield...The
cube is plugged in and it emits thousands of different
frequencies that mimic nature over and over that your
body latches onto instead of the emf.It take a few days
to notice at first.Because there is thousands of them
your body will not get used to them and therefor
continue to work....We also have the small pocket ones
when we leave the house...Believe it or not they
work!Because i am so sensitive i couldnt go into
restaurants without getting very agitated and wanting to
leave especially if they had tvs all over..For yrs i had
no clue why until i found out it was the emfs..Same with
stores so always got in and out asap...Now with the blu
i have no agitation and can sit peacefully in
restaurants or shop....We dont go anymore anyway because
we dont trust whats in the food nowdays..So with this
device and shungite circle on ph and laptops and
organite all over i feel much better and not as
bombarded.also shungite necklace..We also have alot of
trees here right at balcony which i feel protect some
to. About the only thing i notice with the grounding
sheet is i dont ache near as much...My partner has the
pad under his sheet that his legs are on and he does not
snore anymore using it...He snored bad before..Maybe the
sheets work because of the other devices i have
around?....With the grounding rod you stick it in the
dirt lug cord in and run cord threw open window then
shut window and plug into sheet..So the grounding would
come directly from earth and not through house..I am not
sure if that way would make a difference.it seems like
it would tho and you might get relief....So many people
have reported amazing results using.I also got a
grounding bed for my cat and she loves it.It sits on my
bed.I wish you could get some relief i feel sad to hear
what you go through..Sending you prayers and blessings.

Pam when you look for rod on amazon if you do this put
in grounding rod for earthing..Thats important to get
right one...If it does not work you can always return it
thru end of Jan.Take good care..If you do it and it
helps let us all know here!
