Ugh!!! I keep looking for it and still no relief. This has been hammering me
for three days now. I tried to ground it and the bottom of my feet got
worse!

yep, me too. Its affecting both my hips, especially left
side. And both knees. Top of left thigh is for
China/Russia and up to Iceland/Reykjanes. Left knee is
Mid-east/Iran/Stans/Myanmar/Turkey/India...
Rt is S America-Peru/Chili/ Argentina.

Wondering if it’s related to the two small Tennessee quakes in the past ten
days and my “Arkansas River” post on dreams. Still feeling it!!!! I’m in
eastern Tennessee now.

omg yes. started about 3 hours ago for me. Feels solarish but also so
much dread around the middle east. i cant make sense of it but
equilibrium is off. very swimmy, nausea and anxiety. wanna crawl out of
my skin which means grounding is in order. 🙏
